Culinary tradition

Tuscany is a spectacular region for an unforgettable vacation, and there is no better way to visit it than to explore the local food and wine. Most Tuscan food is based on peasant tradition – the so-called cucina povera – and dates from a time when poverty was the mother of culinary invention.

Tuscan gourmet

Today, alongside the most traditional street food and trattorias and taverns that open their doors through the streets of Tuscan towns and villages, you can satisfy your palate in exclusive and luxury restaurants that have transformed traditional Tuscan cuisine into a gourmet experience.

We can book for you a table in a Michelin starred restaurant with a view on the Arno river, a private wine tasting in an exclusive wine bar, a raw fish dinner on the sea: ask us, and your wishes will be fulfilled.

Cooking class

Full Tuscan cooking experience, starting with a walk to the real Italian market food to buy vegetables, meat o fish, fruit and everything necessary to realize a gourmet Tuscan menu in a special location such as an Historical Villa or a Castle. Classes are held in your language and we can easily organize cooking classes for vegetarians, vegans, gluten or dairy intolerant!

While we take our Italian Coffee or Cappuccino, the chef explains the menu that awaits you, and then we start to prepare the meal, from appetizer to dessert. After the cooking class you will enjoy the food you have prepared, accompanied by Tuscan wine and extra virgin olive oil.
